By accessing or using slabalert.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SlabAlert monitors PSA population reports for graded trading card certificates on your watchlist and delivers alerts when population counts change. The service tracks only the specific certificates you add — we do not scrape or index the full PSA catalog.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person. Automated or bulk account creation is prohibited
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Subscription Tiers and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Tier features and pricing are as described on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the SlabAlert website beyond authorized API use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access to third parties
• Create automated or bot-driven account signups
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measures

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Population data is sourced from PSA's publicly available records. SlabAlert does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Population figures may be delayed or differ from PSA's internal records. Do not make financial decisions based solely on data from this service.

7. Limitation of Liability

SlabAlert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, slabalert.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at alerts@slabalert.app.

10. Governing Law
